Staying Hungry: Why Chasing Success Doesn’t Mean Burning Out

I am always hungry for my next success and many people can think I am close to burning out since I am "in the race". However this is still the least impressive way people react, since many will try to stop me thinking I am doing something unhealthy. Nevertheless I am not burning out because I am grateful for everything I encountered.
Staying hungry is important because it makes us achieve more and have leaner mind.
The action to take is to not say: "Oh, I've done that much, I maybe need some beer or icecream", but to say: "Oh, I've done so much, I will rest and appreciate this success with my friends and family, then I will continue to do this wonderful work"
