When I was working all night and all day I didn't know I will burnout, I thought "Well, this is the cost of success" but it is not the cost of success. It is the cost of no automation of no delegation and of no team that could help me. I was too arrogant to automate or too lazy so I weren't doing telling myself "Will be faster if I will do it myself". I can't say I failed with this approach but certainly I haven't succeeded.
Now I try to automate EVERYTHING I can so I can focus on things that are important to me. If you don't code checkout some automation software like Zapier
